attract tourism to KSA and more in particular to the Al Ula area through its
famous historic assets, very attractive scenery, sporting activities and wildfire nature.

Work Include:

This Project comprises of constructing a roadway for use during the construction
period on the permanent alignment on the Wadi floor road network and earthworks.
The proposed works for Package 2 -Wadi Floor Roads & Earthworks comprise of the
following but not limited to:

• Wadi Floor Permanent Road Network
• Guest Road Phase A & B 12 km with a total qty of 1,207,874 Cum
• Service Road Phase 6.8 km with a qty of 176,184 Cum
• Earthworks Packages
• Staff Village Excavation for an area of 465,330 Sqm with quantities 1,590,482 M3
• Consolidation Center Excavation of 78,098 Sqm with quantities of 91,666 Cum
• Installation of 3,055 No’s of Solar Lighting Poles
• Installation of 6,032 Lm of Fence with Gates
